Product Overview

The Ashly ISPM6B is a 6-foot black speaker pole designed to mount IS series column speakers at standing ear level atop SP series subwoofers for PA-style and portable commercial sound reinforcement. The 6-foot length raises an IS column speaker to approximately standing ear level above an SP subwoofer, providing proper acoustic projection and coverage for standing audiences in houses of worship, corporate event spaces, wedding receptions, and portable PA applications. The ISPM6B supports up to two IS2.8P units or a single IS3.8P speaker on compatible SP series subwoofers.

Product Description

The ISPM6B is the standard-length speaker pole in Ashly’s IS series accessory range, designed for the typical PA-on-a-stick configuration in portable and semi-permanent commercial sound systems. Mounting an IS2.8P or IS3.8P column speaker 6 feet above the SP subwoofer puts the column’s acoustic center at approximately seated-to-standing ear level for most audiences, improving direct-to-reverberant ratio and speech intelligibility in non-fixed room-acoustic environments such as ballrooms, multipurpose halls, and meeting spaces.

The black finish matches IS2.8P and IS3.8P black column speakers and SP series black subwoofers. For short-clearance or low-profile column-on-sub configurations, see the ISPM1B 1-foot pole.
