Product Overview

The Vizrt CC-ARAEW CaptureCast Advanced Replace and Extended Warranty provides advanced hardware replacement coverage and extended warranty protection for the CaptureCast NDI system. This service plan is designed for production environments where hardware downtime is operationally unacceptable offering faster replacement response and extended coverage beyond the standard warranty period.

Product Description

CaptureCast deployments in education, corporate, and broadcast environments are often relied upon daily for automated recording and streaming workflows. The CC-ARAEW plan adds a layer of hardware protection beyond standard warranty terms, providing advanced replacement (ship-before-return) and extended coverage that reduces exposure to unplanned downtime from hardware failure. Organizations managing CaptureCast in multi-room or enterprise deployments where a single unit failure disrupts scheduled recordings or live productions will benefit from this coverage. The plan is purchased per unit and renews in alignment with the service period. Confirm eligibility and replacement terms with Vizrt or an authorized reseller at the time of purchase.
