Product Overview

The Middle Atlantic ACC-LOCK1-BKT is a 1-bay accessory lock in black finish designed specifically for thermolaminate (TLAM) wood kit furniture doors. This lock provides keyed security for equipment and cable connections inside furniture-integrated AV rack bays in commercial and institutional environments where thermolaminate cabinetry in dark or black tones is specified. The black hardware finish maintains a consistent, understated appearance against dark thermolaminate door surfaces.

Product Description

The ACC-LOCK1-BKT provides a keyed mechanical lock in black hardware finish for Middle Atlantic thermolaminate (TLAM) furniture doors. Thermolaminate doors are frequently used in commercial AV installations where durability and moisture resistance are priorities, and dark or black thermolaminate finishes are common in corporate and educational environments. The black hardware finish ensures the lock does not stand out visually against dark door surfaces. The BKT designation indicates TLAM door compatibility and specifies the correct lock hardware geometry for thermolaminate door thickness and attachment requirements. Integrators should match the ACC-LOCK1 variant to the specific door construction type specified for the project.
