The basic construction includes a 2″ deep solid-steel front door, a 12″ deep center mounting section, and a 4-1/2″ deep rear door, all in 16-gauge CRS. Adjustable front rack rails are tapped 10-32 at standard EIA 1/2″ spacing, and this 24RU model includes center-section mounting rail supports for added equipment stability. Internal open raceways provide cable pathways through the enclosure, and corner brace supports on the rear section include 1-1/4″ diameter wire access holes for harnessing excess cable practical structured cabling integration details that keep service calls short.
