With this plan, users receive guaranteed 24/7, year-round live remote support from a dedicated Crestron Flex support team. The plan extends Crestron’s standard limited warranty coverage period from three years to a period of up to five years for all Crestron-branded hardware in the covered system, provided continuous coverage is maintained from initial purchase through the extended warranty period. If a replacement device is needed during the warranty period, Crestron issues a rapid advance replacement unit before the defective unit is returned, minimizing disruption. Subscribers are also offered a discounted, all-inclusive daily rate for on-site support with no hidden travel or expense charges. Plans must be purchased within 90 days of Crestron’s shipment of the covered system, and coverage may be extended by purchasing additional subscription terms before the active plan expires.
