Product Overview

The Middle Atlantic 5-13 Slim-5 KD is a knockdown 13-space rack at 20-inch depth. The flat-pack knockdown format simplifies transport and on-site assembly for AV and IT integrators deploying compact rack systems across multiple locations.

Product Description

The 5-13 Slim-5 KD offers 13 rack spaces (13SP) of standard 19″ EIA mounting in a 20-inch deep Slim-5 open-frame structure. Shipping disassembled and assembling with standard hand tools on-site, this rack reduces freight costs and allows delivery to locations where fully assembled racks cannot be transported. The 13SP format is suited for installations that require slightly more rack space than a 12SP unit but where a full 14SP or 16SP rack is not necessary. Common applications include corporate AV rooms, classroom systems, and compact network equipment installations.
