Product Overview

The Middle Atlantic ACC-LOCK1-BKV is a 1-bay accessory lock in black finish designed specifically for veneer wood kit furniture doors in Middle Atlantic’s integrated AV rack furniture line. This lock secures equipment and cable connections inside furniture bays in residential home theater and commercial AV installations where black veneer cabinetry is specified. The black hardware finish provides a clean, modern appearance against dark veneer door surfaces.

Product Description

Black veneer is commonly used in home theater cabinetry, corporate boardroom furniture, and high-end AV credenzas where a sleek, dark aesthetic is desired. The ACC-LOCK1-BKV provides a keyed lock mechanism with a black finish that blends with these dark veneer door surfaces, maintaining a cohesive appearance without contrasting hardware. The BKV designation specifies veneer door compatibility; this is distinct from the BKT (thermolaminate) and BKH (HPL) variants in the black finish series. The lock hardware attachment method is optimized for veneer door construction. One lock covers a single bay; multiple locks are needed for multi-bay installations requiring individual bay security.
