Product Description

The APM-3 Hinged Access Mounting Panel from Middle Atlantic Products spans 3 rack spaces (3U) and is constructed from aluminum that can be drilled and machined to accommodate any mounting pattern required by the installed devices. The universal mounting pattern is compatible with most small rack-mounted devices, including punch blocks, terminal strips, power supplies, and custom fabrications. The hinged side-mount design means the panel pivots open for rear access without requiring tools or removal from the rack frame, reducing service time significantly. Captive 10-32 threaded thumbscrews keep fasteners from being lost during maintenance operations. The aluminum material makes field drilling straightforward, and the panel can be customized on site to match the exact requirements of a given installation. This mounting panel is widely used in commercial AV, broadcast, and data center racks where small components need organized, accessible mounting positions. The APM-3 is compatible with standard 19-inch rack systems and integrates with Middle Atlantic rack enclosures.
