Most rackmount shelves are limited by a fixed depth and a two-point front-rail attachment, which makes them a poor fit for heavy or oversized gear. The AS3-22 solves both problems. Its 4-point mounting system attaches to both the front and rear rack rails, distributing the load across the frame and supporting up to 300 lb of equipment. The adjustable depth rack shelf design spans rail-to-rail distances from 19-1/2 in. up to 28 in., so a single SKU covers a wide range of equipment racks and credenza enclosures. The shelf surface itself measures 22-1/4 in. deep, providing a stable platform for tower CPUs, broadcast video decks, and non-rackmountable AV components.
