The Middle Atlantic RSH4A3XX custom rack shelf answers with the XX depth code, 20.5″ of usable shelf depth that lets deep chassis sit completely inside the rack with their rear connections reachable.

Decoding the model number: RSH4A identifies the custom rackshelf platform with anodized face plate, the 3 indicates three rack spaces of height, and XX marks the maximum depth tier above the 11.5″ S, 14″ M, 15.5″ R, and 17.5″ X options.
