Product Description

The RSH4A8XXW is part of Middle Atlantic’s RSH4A series of custom rackmount enclosures, purpose-built for professional AV integration, broadcast, and IT infrastructure environments that demand depth and width beyond standard rack configurations. The 20.5-inch usable depth accommodates large-format amplifiers, UPS systems, high-density patch fields, and video processing equipment that require extended rear clearance. The wide-format design provides additional horizontal clearance for equipment with side-entry cable management or oversized chassis flanges, reducing installation constraints in complex rack builds. Black brushed anodized aluminum construction resists corrosion and wear, maintaining a professional appearance across the full lifecycle of the installation. The 8U height provides a substantial equipment bay suitable for multi-component systems in control rooms, production racks, broadcast facilities, and enterprise server closets. Open-shelf construction eliminates enclosure panels that can obstruct airflow or impede equipment access, streamlining both initial commissioning and ongoing maintenance. All RSH4A series enclosures are sourced from authorized Middle Atlantic distribution with full manufacturer support. Available exclusively at .
