Product Overview

The SMART Meeting Pro Package (SSMY-SMP) is a perpetual software upgrade bundle that includes one Room Edition license and 10 Personal Edition licenses for customers migrating from an older SMART software suite. It is designed for organizations that already have SMART Board hardware and an existing SMART software deployment but need to transition to the current SMART Meeting Pro 4.x platform. This bundle provides both the in-room and personal-use components of SMART Meeting Pro in a single SKU at a discounted upgrade price of $229.

Product Description

SSMY-SMP contains two license types: one SMART Meeting Pro Room Edition and ten SMART Meeting Pro Personal Edition licenses. The Room Edition activates full SMART Meeting Pro functionality on the Windows PC connected to a SMART Board display in a meeting room. The 10 Personal Edition licenses extend access to individual users on their own Windows PCs, enabling remote and hybrid participants to use the same whiteboarding and annotation tools without requiring physical presence at a SMART Board.

This package is specifically positioned as an upgrade path for customers coming from a previous SMART software platform such as SMART Notebook or an earlier version of SMART Meeting Pro. It provides a cost-effective way to standardize on the current software version across both the room display and individual user devices without purchasing Room and Personal Edition licenses separately. The perpetual licenses do not expire and provide lasting access to the current software version following upgrade.

IT administrators and procurement teams purchasing this bundle should confirm compatibility with their existing SMART Board hardware and Windows environment prior to deployment. The upgrade SKU may require proof of prior license ownership depending on SMART’s current licensing policies verify with your SMART reseller before purchase.
