The SoundTube SA-FP6020-II-POD is a 20-inch stereo dual-parabolic SoundDome designed to project a focused audio beam into a precisely defined listening zone delivering a private, immersive audio experience without headphones. Two 1-inch full-range drivers are positioned at the focal points of a pair of parabolic reflectors that concentrate stereo sound directly below the unit, making it an ideal solution for product kiosks, interactive displays, and compact gaming stations. Its smaller 20-inch reflector diameter compared to the SA-FP6030-II-POD makes it well-suited to tighter display footprints and individual workstation use.

Available from Creation Networks, the SA-FP6020-II-POD integrates into retail, museum, and hospitality environments where sound isolation between zones is critical. The stereo dual-parabolic architecture provides true left/right channel separation within the target zone, enhancing the immersive quality of video content, game audio, or product demonstrations. The white POD housing suspends from overhead structures and maintains a clean ceiling-integrated appearance. Standard hanging hardware is included.

Key Features

• 20-Inch Dual-Parabolic Reflectors Compact dish diameter focuses audio precisely onto individual workstations or small display footprints.
• Twin 1-Inch Full-Range Drivers Stereo left and right channel drivers reproduce full-bandwidth audio with natural separation.
• Private Listening Zone Directional beam concentrates audio beneath the unit; adjacent areas remain acoustically undisturbed.
• No-Headphone Experience Suitable for kiosks, interactive exhibits, and gaming stations requiring listener engagement without ear-worn hardware.
• Compact POD Form Factor Smaller footprint than the 30-inch model; fits tighter ceiling grid layouts and individual product display positions.
• Stereo Channel Integrity Independent reflector-driver pairs maintain left and right channel separation for cinematic audio imaging.
• White Pendant Housing Low-profile SoundTube POD design suspends cleanly from ceiling structures in retail and hospitality settings.

Typical Applications

The SA-FP6020-II-POD is well-suited to compact audio-zoning applications: individual gaming and simulation consoles, product demonstration pods in electronics retail, museum artifact stations, casino machine rows, wayfinding and information kiosks, trade show product displays, and any environment requiring isolated personal audio without headphones.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the SA-FP6020-II-POD differ from the SA-FP6030-II-POD?The 6020 uses 20-inch parabolic reflectors suited for individual workstations or compact display footprints, while the 6030 uses 30-inch reflectors for a larger group coverage zone.Is the audio output stereo?Yes. Dual independent reflector-driver assemblies carry the left and right channels separately, delivering true stereo imaging within the focused listening zone. What type of content works best with a parabolic SoundDome?Video content, product demonstrations, gaming audio, and interactive exhibit narration any application where engaging a single listener or small group without disturbing neighbors is the goal.Does it require a special amplifier?Standard stereo amplification with line-level input is appropriate. Contact Creation Networks for amplifier pairing guidance for your specific installation. How is it suspended from the ceiling? The POD includes standard overhead hanging hardware. A suitable structural ceiling anchor point rated for the unit weight is required during installation.
