The SoundTube SA-FP6030-II-POD is a 30-inch stereo dual-parabolic SoundDome system that delivers highly directional, focused audio to a defined listening zone without disturbing adjacent areas. Twin 1-inch full-range drivers are positioned at the focal point of two precision-curved parabolic reflectors, projecting a concentrated audio beam downward ideal for interactive exhibits, gaming zones, retail product displays, and kiosk environments. The result is an immersive private listening experience without headphones. The POD form factor mounts from an overhead structure and integrates cleanly into architectural ceiling designs.

Available from Creation Networks, the SA-FP6030-II-POD provides stereo separation through its dual-parabolic architecture, allowing left and right channel content to be directed independently to the listener below. This 30-inch diameter model covers a larger floor footprint than its 20-inch sibling, suited to wide displays or group listening spots. The clean white housing is designed for retail, museum, and hospitality environments where aesthetics matter as much as performance. Standard hanging hardware is included for straightforward suspension installation.

Key Features

• 30-Inch Dual-Parabolic Reflectors Larger dish diameter focuses audio onto a broader defined zone compared to smaller-format SoundDome models.
• Twin 1-Inch Full-Range Drivers Dedicated left and right channel drivers provide true stereo reproduction within the target zone.
• Directional Focused Audio Concentrates sound in a specific area below the speaker, preserving acoustic privacy in adjacent spaces.
• No-Headphone Immersion Delivers a personalized audio experience at kiosks, gaming stations, and exhibits without requiring listener-worn devices.
• Pendant/Overhead Mount Design Engineered for suspension from ceiling structures; clean white housing suits retail and museum aesthetics.
• Stereo Dual-Parabolic Architecture Two independent reflector-driver assemblies maintain channel separation for cinematic stereo imaging.
• POD Series Form Factor Modular SoundTube POD platform with consistent mounting interface for multi-unit display installations.

Typical Applications

The SA-FP6030-II-POD excels in environments requiring localized audio without acoustic bleed: interactive museum exhibits, retail product demonstration areas, gaming and simulation zones, casino slot machine clusters, airport wayfinding kiosks, trade show booths, and digital signage installations requiring audio attention zones.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the SA-FP6030-II-POD and the SA-FP6020-II-POD?The 6030 uses 30-inch parabolic reflectors, projecting audio over a wider floor zone than the 20-inch 6020 model ideal for larger displays or group listening areas.Does this speaker provide true stereo audio?Yes. Dual independent reflector-driver assemblies carry the left and right audio channels separately, maintaining stereo imaging within the coverage zone. Can it be used in a noisy retail environment?Yes. The directional parabolic design focuses sound downward into a defined spot, allowing it to cut through ambient noise at reasonable SPL without disturbing surrounding areas. Is specialized amplification required?Standard stereo amplification with a line-level source is sufficient. Consult Creation Networks for amplifier pairing recommendations. How is it mounted? The POD mounts via overhead suspension hardware included in the box. Installation requires a suitable structural ceiling anchor point rated for the unit weight.
