Product Overview

The Williams AV STD 007 is a tabletop tripod stand for the IR T2 SoundPlus medium-area infrared transmitter. It positions the transmitter on a desk, credenza, or AV cart with stable footing and a clear line-of-sight to listeners, making it the right accessory for portable or non-permanent IR assistive listening setups. When wall or ceiling mounting is not an option, the STD 007 keeps the IR T2 aimed and secure.

Product Description

Infrared assistive listening transmitters need unobstructed line-of-sight to receivers, so placement matters even in temporary deployments. The STD 007 tabletop tripod elevates the IR T2-based SoundPlus infrared system transmitter above tabletop clutter and lets staff aim it toward the seating area without drilling into walls or ceilings useful in courtrooms, conference rooms, and multi-purpose rooms that share AV equipment between spaces.

Because the stand is freestanding, the transmitter can move with a mobile cart or be repositioned between meetings in minutes. For permanent installations, consider pairing the IR T2 with a wall or ceiling bracket such as the Williams AV BKT 024 mounting bracket instead. Note that the actual stand may differ from the product picture.
