Product Overview

The Heckler H824-BG Display Kit is the single-display mounting module for the Heckler AV Wall system, providing a clean, integrated display mounting solution for conference rooms and huddle spaces built on the H800-BG AV Wall Structure. It installs directly into the base structure via French cleat, adding a single-screen video conferencing wall capability without requiring contractors or wall modifications. At $399, the H824-BG is the most accessible entry point into the Heckler AV Wall modular platform.

Product Description

Not every conference room needs dual displays. Smaller meeting spaces, huddle rooms, and focused project rooms often work well with a single display provided it is mounted cleanly, at the right height, with cables contained. The H824-BG provides exactly that for rooms built on the Heckler AV Wall platform. It handles single-display mounting within the modular AV wall mount system, and leaves the room with a clear upgrade path to dual displays if requirements change.

The H824-BG mounts into the H800-BG AV Wall Structure using the same French cleat system used by all H800-series display kit modules. Once installed, the display kit integrates with the AV Wall’s cable management channels, routing signal and power cables behind the mounting surface for a clean front-of-room appearance. The Black Grey powder-coated aluminum finish matches the H800-BG base structure and the H807 Video Meeting Hub, maintaining a consistent look across the full installation. For organizations standardizing on the Heckler AV Wall platform across multiple room sizes, the H824-BG makes it possible to deploy smaller rooms on the same base structure and hardware platform as larger dual-display rooms, simplifying procurement, installation, and support. The display kit is appropriate for video conferencing rooms running any platform Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or others as display mounting is platform-agnostic.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need the H800-BG AV Wall Structure to use the H824-BG?
Yes. The H824-BG is a display kit module that mounts into the H800-BG AV Wall Structure. The base structure must be purchased and installed first. The H824-BG cannot be used as a standalone wall mount.

What display sizes does the H824-BG support?
The H824-BG supports standard conference room display sizes for single-screen setups. Contact Creation Networks for specific VESA compatibility and maximum display size/weight specifications.

Can I upgrade from the H824-BG to a dual display kit later?
Yes. The H800-BG base structure accepts all H800-series display kit modules. If a room’s requirements grow to require dual displays, the H824-BG can be replaced with the H802-BG (standard) or H803-BG (XL) dual display kit without replacing or moving the base structure.

Is the H824-BG compatible with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms?
The H824-BG is a display mounting module and is platform-agnostic. It works with any video conferencing platform. Platform compatibility is determined by the compute and codec hardware in the H807 Video Meeting Hub or equivalent equipment in the AV Wall installation.

Can the H824-BG be used alongside the H807 Video Meeting Hub?
Yes. The H824-BG and H807-BG are independent modules that both install into the H800-BG base structure. They are commonly used together to build a complete single-display video conferencing wall with integrated AV management.
