Product Overview

The Middle Atlantic ACC-LOCK1-MA is a 1-bay accessory lock in modern aluminum finish for securing AV equipment and connections in furniture-integrated rack installations. Designed for Middle Atlantic’s AV furniture line, this lock keeps equipment bays secured against unauthorized access in commercial and institutional environments. The aluminum finish is compatible with HPL, TLAM, and Veneer door styles, making it appropriate for contemporary AV furniture designs that use brushed metal or aluminum-toned finishes.

Product Description

The ACC-LOCK1-MA functions identically to the ACC-LOCK1-WH and other lock variants in the series, providing a keyed mechanical lock for a single bay in Middle Atlantic furniture-integrated racks. The modern aluminum finish is specified for installations where the furniture design uses HPL (high pressure laminate) in aluminum tones, TLAM, or Veneer finishes that call for a metal-look hardware accent. This finish option prevents the lock hardware from appearing visually mismatched against the cabinet face. In practice, the lock covers equipment bays in AV credenzas, podiums, and custom AV furniture used in corporate conference rooms, higher education environments, and commercial installations. One lock per bay is required; multi-bay furniture installations with individual bay security will need one lock per bay.
