The ScreenBeam 960 is a commercial-grade 1080p wireless display receiver designed for small business conference rooms, huddle spaces, and small meeting rooms where a cost-effective wireless presentation solution is needed. It delivers app-free wireless screen mirroring from Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Chrome OS using native Miracast and network-based wireless display protocolsno dongle, client software, or HDMI cable required. Extended desktop mode allows presenters to keep private content on their device while sharing selected content on the room display. The included CMS Enterprise software enables IT administrators to centrally monitor and manage all ScreenBeam 960 receivers across a deployment.

The ScreenBeam 960 targets the most common commercial deployment scenario: a small conference room or huddle space where users need to present wirelessly without dealing with cables, adapters, or proprietary apps. At 1080p resolution, it covers the display requirements of most commercial projectors and flat panels in small-to-medium meeting spaces.

Connectivity options include Miracast P2P for direct Windows and Android device connections, and network-based wireless display for Windows 7 and later, macOS 10 and later, iOS 11 and later, and Chrome OS. The 960 supports 802.11ac dual-band Wi-Fi for Miracast P2P connections and 802.11a/b/g/n dual-band for infrastructure-based connections, giving IT flexibility in how the unit is deployed on the network.

Extended desktop mode maintains the presenter’s device for private usechecking notes, handling incoming messages, or navigatingwhile a separate view is shown on the room display. Windows Ink annotation is supported on connected touch displays, capturing markups from the room screen back to the presenter’s device in Office 365 applications. HDMI, VGA, and VGA pass-through outputs provide connectivity options to a variety of display types, while the 3.5mm analog audio output connects directly to room speakers. The included CMS Enterprise software provides remote monitoring, firmware management, and security policy configuration for IT teams managing multi-room deployments.
